QUilt SHow Entry

 All entries are $10* and must have an entry form attached. Download the form below or get it at the show. Be sure to include a label on the back with your name and phone number. Quilts no larger than 90" x 108", no king size quilts. Limit 2 entries per person.

The following types of quilts are eligible: scrap, applique, pieced, traditional, foreign, heirloom, contemporary, machine or hand quilted. Items eligible include those made by youth groups, Relief Societies, clubs, friends, relatives, quilt classes, etc. Items previously submitted to the Payson Quilt Show are not eligible.

The Payson Quilt Show reserves the right to determine what, how and where the entries will be displayed.

Adult Quilt Categories

1. Hand Quilted
2. Hand Pieced
3. Machine Quilted, Applique
4. Machine Quilted, pieced
5. Baby Quilt 
6. Wall Hanging Quilt 48" x 48"
7. New Quilter (less than 1 year quilting)

Youth Quilt (must be 18 year or younger)

Challenge Quilt (made from previous years Challenge Fabric, no entry fee)

Master Quilter (any quilter that has ever won "Best of Show" will automatically be entered in this category)

This year there will be 1 Judges Choice Best of Show Award and 1 Viewers Choice Award. There will also be up to 3 ribbons awarded by the judges if merited in each category for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

All Entries must be submitted at the Peteetneet Museum on the following dates:

Wednesday, September 17th 10 am - 6 pm

Thursday, September 18th 10 am - 12 pm
